LOLLI SOUR
Introducing the Lolli Sour, a red wine cocktail that combines Lolli Sweet Red, bourbon, lemon juice, raw cane sugar, hot water, and pineapple juice, garnished with a cherry for a sophisticated twist. Great for any festive celebration, this refined mix provides a captivating taste experience with layers of sweet, sour, and smooth notes.
INGREDIENTS
3/4 oz Lolli Sweet Red
3/4 oz Bourbon
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Raw Cane Sugar
1/2 oz Hot Water
1 oz Pineapple Juice
Cherries for Garnish
DIRECTIONS
Combine the raw cane sugar and hot water in a mixing tin and stir until mixed
Add Lolli Sweet Red, Bourbon, Lemon Juice and Pineapple to the mixing tin
Add ice and shake for 30 seconds
Strain over ice in a rocks glass
Garnish with a cherry
